Is Jack a real person?
No, he's an AI assistant. He answers as your business, and if anyone asks, he's honest about what he is. Most callers just want the job booked.
What does it cost?
It depends on what your Jack does. Chat to our Jack and he'll quote for exactly that, setup and monthly. You get 14 days to decide, and you can cancel any time.
Can he deal with my existing customers?
Yes. New enquiries, bookings, quotes, rearranging, cancellations, complaints and questions. Anything he can't sort, he passes to you.
Does he answer every call?
Only the ones you don't. Pick up yourself whenever you want, and Jack takes the rest.
What about emergencies?
You set the rules. If a missed call meets them, Jack texts or rings you straight away so you can call them back.
What if he gets something wrong?
He only pencils jobs in until you've seen them, and never quotes a price you haven't set.
Can I listen to the calls?
Yes. Every call is logged with a short summary, and you can listen back.
Which apps does he work with?
Google and Outlook calendars, spreadsheets, CRMs and job apps like Jobber and ServiceM8. If yours can't connect, he books into your calendar instead.
Is my customers' data safe?
Their details go into your own diary and apps. Every business gets its own separate setup.
